PVM, a data services company that partners with public sector teams to unlock the power of their data, is proud to announce that CEO and Founder Pat Mack has been selected to join the 2026 CEOcircle cohort with the Syracuse University D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) and J.P. Morgan Commercial Banking.
This prestigious program brings together 60 veterans and military spouse business leaders to grow their ventures through peer learning, expert mentorship, and tailored business growth support.
Participation in CEOcircle is an example of PVM’s “we are better together” philosophy in action. Through this program, Pat will gain practical tools and insights from other veteran and military-spouse founders that he will bring back to help PVM scale its impact in AI-enabled digital services for national security and public sector missions.
“Being selected for the CEOcircle is both an honor and an opportunity,” said Pat. “As a veteran, I know the power of shared service and shared purpose. This program allows me to learn alongside peers who understand both the challenges of entrepreneurship and the importance of mission-driven work. I look forward to bringing those learnings back to PVM.”
Since 2021, J.P. Morgan Commercial Banking and IVMF have partnered to empower veteran and military spouse entrepreneurs through the CEOcircle program. To date, the initiative has supported more than 250 business owners by providing mentorship, peer connections, and access to growth opportunities. Graduates report gaining new business prospects and stronger professional networks, with some returning for additional cohorts.
The 2026 CEOcircle group includes veteran and military spouse leaders from diverse industries—particularly technology, government contracting, and manufacturing—collectively generating an average of $8 million in revenue and employing over 2,500 people nationwide.
