Federal financial management isn’t just about balancing budgets—it’s about driving mission success. Yet, outdated systems, manual processes, and disconnected data make it harder than ever to align spending with strategic goals. In a new administration where efficiency, transparency, and accountability are top priorities, agencies must evolve their financial strategies.
Join us on May 22 for an exclusive Palantir AIP Bootcamp, where we’ll explore how Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP empower federal agencies to modernize financial management, automate workflows, and drive smarter, more strategic decision-making.
Through live demos and interactive exercises, you’ll learn how Foundry and AIP can:
David Spirk, Former DOD first-Chief Data Officer
We are excited to welcome former DOD first-Chief Data Officer David Spirk as our keynote speaker for this event! Dave is a Senior Counselor at Palantir, where he focuses on assisting across the US
Government, Allied/Partner, and Commercial business. Dave also serves as a Senior Advisor
and Board Member to various companies in the data-driven technology and venture capital
spaces.
Previously, he served as the Department of Defense’s (DOD) first-Chief Data Officer
(CDO). In this role, he stood up DOD’s Chief Data Office and instilled a strong focus on
warfighter needs, data governance, and a data ready workforce to inspire a data-driven
culture across the department. He developed the DOD’s first Data Strategy, Data Decrees,
and Joint All Domain Command and Control Data (JADC2) Implementation Plan. Dave
crafted and oversaw the establishment, resourcing, and empowerment of CDOs across the
department. Immediately prior, Dave was the United States Special Operations Command’s
(USSOCOM) first-CDO and the Director of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the United States’
Special Forces.
This bootcamp is designed for federal finance, budget, contracting, and program management decision makers seeking to leverage AI and automation to enhance financial decision-making. Whether you oversee budgeting, audit readiness, or contract management, this session will provide actionable strategies to drive efficiency and accountability.
