PVM Launches the Palantir Readiness Program to Close the License-to-Mission Gap for U.S. Government Commands

PVM Launches the Palantir Readiness Program to Close the License-to-Mission Gap for U.S. Government Commands

July 20, 2026PVM, one of four Palantir U.S. Government Vanguard partners and the only small business delivering Palantir enablement services in that program, today announced the launch of the Palantir Readiness Program: a structured enablement offering designed to move government commands from initial Palantir access to live mission outcomes on the platform.

The launch comes as U.S. government Palantir adoption accelerates. The Army's Vantage migration directive (September 2025 CIO memo) and the Department of Defense's March 2026 designation of the Maven Smart System as a Program of Record have put Palantir in front of hundreds of formations that previously had no access. Newly enabled units, commands, and agencies are facing the same question: how to convert platform access into operational capability against their mission.

PVM’s Palantir Readiness Program addresses what PVM calls the license-to-mission gap. The offering begins with a free five-minute online Readiness Score and a complimentary Readiness Assessment, both designed to diagnose an organization's starting point and deliver a written Readiness Roadmap. The anchor engagement is the 5-Day Foundry Bootcamp, delivered on-site on the customer's real data with the customer's operators in the seats. By the end of the week, the unit owns a live mission workflow on the platform. Follow-on tiers cover advanced AI-enabled workflows, department-level ontology and governance frameworks, and multi-week custom enterprise engagements.

"Commands across DoD are receiving Palantir access faster than they can put it to work," said PVM Founder and CEO Pat Mack. "The platform is there. The operators are willing. What is missing is a clear playbook for what to do next. The Palantir Readiness Program is built to close that exact gap, and deliver mission outcomes at mission speed."

PVM's Vanguard partner credential, held by only four firms in Palantir's U.S. Government services ecosystem, reflects Palantir's designation of PVM as a trusted delivery partner for U.S. Government missions. Across 15 years and more than 60 Palantir contracts, PVM has supported over 10,000 Palantir operators and stood up platforms now carrying more than 300,000 investigations across federal, DoD, intelligence, and state and local missions. The PVM team is operator-led, headed by a 25-year U.S. Navy veteran, with practitioners across the bench who have served under the same mission pressure as the units the Program supports.

The Palantir Readiness Program is available to all U.S. federal agencies, DoD commands, and joint force units. Groups can begin with the free Readiness Score, which delivers a band-level result and a recommended next step to help you map the course of your Palantir journey within minutes.
