Pat Mack Featured in Starter Story

Earlier this year, PVM founder and CEO, Pat Mack, had the pleasure of sitting down with the folks over at Starter Story to talk about his journey as a service member, tech nerd, and entrepreneur. They discussed everything from his transition to the private sector, how and why he founded PVM, to the power of technology and analytics, to his favorite books! Most importantly, they explored Pat’s unique people-first and mission-focused business philosophy and how it is best served by the methodologies he’s picked up over the years.  "When it was time for me to retire, I decided to create PVM in 2010—the only place that I have ever worked outside of the Navy. I founded the company to provide a place where I could work on problems that I was extremely passionate about, with the goal of making it better for my friends still fighting. It was a way to continue working with the technologies that were exciting to me but focused on the goals that I thought mattered most—adopting the mission of the end-user as our own," Pat Mack said in the Starter Story interview.
